First Prize winning project in this competition for a Watersports Centre at Millwall Dock. A large oversailing roof gathers all functions beneath it and provides a dramatic stop to the vista down the dock. Wet functions are housed in the ground floor with social space, bar, crèche, etc on the first floor with views across the docks and the River Thames.
